Excellent range of activities which are adaptable and suitable for all ages/abilities

Children have freedom of choice and are involved in planning the play programme

Children are able, and encouraged, to use their initiative and imagination

FOOD AND DRINK
Good awareness of allergies and dietary requirements

STAFF
Staff induction procedures are good and training is updated regularly

Well organised and work well together as a team to provide a variety of activities

Good staff/child interaction - staff actually play with the children!

SAFETY
A warm, welcoming and stimulating environment

Good safety awareness and risk assessments

CHILDREN
Are provided with many opportunities to help them
make good progress across all areas of their learning,
whilst having fun and developing their own hobbies and interests

STAFF
Create a welcoming environment which ensures resources are easily accessible,

thus providing every child with the ability to direct their own play and learning

Dedicated staff know the children well and observe their daily play,
using these observations to ensure each child's needs are being fully met.
